I offer a unique opportunity for clients to hire me on a part-time basis while their business grows. I am happy to work one day a month or one to two days a week. Ideally, I would like to participate and provide input within a young company and work my way up as their business succeeds and develops.
My skills knowledge of Quickbooks systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. I am highly skilled at assessing needs and setting up internal systems to meet specific client organizational systems. Past duties and responsibilities include the following: Reconciliation of bank accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit cards, loans, and payroll taxes. Perform weekly accounts payable check runs and cash flow recommendations. Perform weekly sales invoicing and related receipts. Successfully assisted in workers compensation, sales tax, and LA City Business tax Audits. Prepare Fictitious Name Filing documents. Preparation of all year end statements for CPA to handle any related issues. Ability to interact with many different CPA’s and their individual styles. Each client has their own set of specific needs, I provide individualized bookkeeping needs.
